MBBS (London) BSc (London) GDFM (Singapore)

Hi.  I'm Dr Cheryl Kam, wife, mother, friend, scholar and London trained doctor with over 10 years of experience in the UK and in Singapore.

At one point in my life, my mental and hormonal health had bottomed out.  High pressures of work, the stress of moving countries, family dysfunction, hormonal imbalance and personal unforgiveness were piling up and were beginning to affect my ability to function.

I was tired, confused, overwhelmed, disconnected and depressed.

I decided to apply my training to myself, and took positive choices to heal biochemically, and holistically.  I had since "graduated" from psychotherapy, got married, got pregnant, and gave birth, drug-free, to a beautiful boy!

The solution to my problems lay in the principles of functional medicine and living a conscious and purposeful life.  My nutrients were topped up, adrenals recovered, my hormones balanced out.

I now experience great peace, energy and joy!  It is my calling to help you address your health needs and support your desire for a more holistic way.

You too, can start now.  Everyone deserves a life of wholeness.

Dr Kam graduated from King's College London and has over 10 years of clinical experience in the UK and Singapore.

She then received integrative and functional medicine training at the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine, and in Advanced Nutrient Therapy and Brain Biochemistry by the Walsh Research Institute, Chicago, Illinois, USA.

She is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.

Dr Kam's east asian heritage brings to the therapeutic relationship a natural sense of energy balance, and she understands adaptogenic herbs from both a botanical medicine and traditional Chinese viewpoint.   She is a member of the American Botanical Council.

Certified by the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy, and versed with CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), she has an understanding of mind-body medicine that brings depth into consultations where emotional wellness may be a limiting factor in recovery.

Her approach is professional, ethical and as natural as possible.
